Your home.
Your life.
Your way.
Sorted.

Home organising, decluttering, storage and practical sorting-out with Neen.

Sometimes life moves faster than your home can keep up with.

The cupboards get fuller. The children grow. The garage becomes the place everything gets put “for now”. You move house and never quite finish unpacking. The spare room becomes a dumping ground. Things change — but somehow the stuff just keeps accumulating.

And sometimes it isn't just taking up space in your home.

It's taking up space in your head.

A built-in family utility room cupboard crammed full of coats, bags, shoes, sports kit and everyday belongings

You might…

…know exactly what needs doing and simply want someone alongside you to help you tackle it.

That's where I come in.

I'll bring the snacks, the music and the energy, and together we'll finally sort that thing you've been putting off for ages.

You might…

…know exactly how you want it done — you just don't have the time or inclination to do it yourself.

That's where I come in.

I'll take it off your hands, but I'll absolutely do it your way, so you won't be left thinking, “I should have just done it myself!”

You might…

…look at the whole thing and think, “I haven't got a clue where to start. Please just sort it.”

That's where I come in.

Just hand it over to someone capable who can be trusted to get it done, while you get on with doing what's more important to you.

What can I help
you sort?

It might be one cupboard that's driving you mad, or an entire house that needs resetting.

After the Interior Design

Your new home is finished. Now you have to live in it.

You've spent months planning it. Making decisions. Choosing kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, furniture, finishes and all the details that have gone into creating your new interior.

And finally, it's finished.
Except now you have to work out where your actual life goes.

Beautiful new cupboards — and all the contents of your old ones. New wardrobes — and years of clothes, shoes and bags. A new kitchen — and everything that used to live in the old one.

That's where I come in.

I can help you decide what comes back into your new space, where it needs to live and how it needs to work — then unpack, organise and put everything into place.

So you don't just have the beautiful home you spent all that time creating.

You know how to live in it beautifully too.

For Interior Designers

A trusted partner for the final layer. You need a Neen.

You've spent months understanding your client, designing their home and overseeing countless decisions to make their interior dream a reality.

And when the design work is finished, there's still one final layer:

Putting their actual life back into it.

That's where I can work alongside you.

I can take care of that final practical layer — working with your client, organising their belongings and installing everything into the spaces you've created.

Someone discreet and capable who will look after them, respect your design and pay attention to the detail.

You create the beautiful interior.
I help your client make it beautifully theirs.

Your Person on the Island

If you have a second home on the Isle of Wight, sometimes what you need isn't a property manager.

And I'm not a holiday-let changeover service.

What you need is someone you can message and say:

“Neen, we're coming down Friday. Can you sort a few things for me?”

And I sort it.

Getting the house ready before you arrive. Groceries in. Wine chilling. Flowers on the table. Dog beds out. Garden furniture ready.

A car boot unpacked outside an open front door, shopping ready and a dog waiting on the step

Or perhaps it's the things that need doing while you're away — meeting a delivery, letting in a trusted trade, sorting the garage, finding something for the house, making a dinner reservation or dealing with one of those jobs that's been sitting on your list for months.

And when it's time to leave, I can help get things sorted before you close the door again.

You don't need to be here.

You just need someone here you trust to get it done.

Someone capable. Discreet. Practical. And local.

Leave me the list.
I'll sort it out.

So, who
is Neen?

Neen Kavanagh, founder of Isle Sort It

Before you let someone into your home, your wardrobe, your workspace, your cupboards and your possessions — potentially when you're not even there — you probably want to know a little bit more about who they are and why you should trust them. And I don't blame you, I would too.

So, I'm Neen. Mum to six daughters, wife to Brian, and for the last five years I've been living on the Isle of Wight, having relocated here from London. And I love it. The sea. The space. The slower pace. The salt in the air and the sand between my toes. However, I'll always love a bit of Selfridges too. Because you can take the girl out of London, but...

I've been sorting things out for as long as I can remember. It started with my own stuff, then my children's stuff — with six daughters, believe me, there's been a lot of stuff! Then people started asking me to help with their stuff. I've organised cluttered kitchen cupboards — we've all got them! Wardrobes and dressing rooms. Offices. Garages. The dreaded loft. Children's bedrooms. Playrooms — who doesn't love a bit of Lego? Man caves, and I've become known for my unbelievably organised garden sheds. I've also helped people prepare for holidays because, apparently, even my packing is ridiculously organised. Honestly, there isn't much I can't find a home for — or put a label on.

So, how does it work?

Get in touch and tell me what you need help with, and I'll just pop round.

You put the kettle on, show me what's happening and we'll have a chat about what you want to change, what you'd like the end result to look and feel like, and how I might be able to help.

That's it.

No lengthy forms. No complicated process. And absolutely no need to tidy up before I arrive.

In fact, please don't. I need to see how it's really working — or not, as the case may be.

We'll work out what needs doing, whether there are things we might need to buy, whether better storage would help, and whether we need advice or help from anyone else — perhaps a carpenter, designer, decorator or another trusted trade or specialist.

Then we'll make a plan.

What will
it cost?

Every job is different.

Sorting one wardrobe is very different from unpacking and organising an entire house, so I don't think a one-size-fits-all price makes much sense.

Once I've seen what needs sorting, I'll give you a clear price for the project before we start.

That price will take into account the work involved — including any time needed behind the scenes for planning, sourcing, organising collections or coordinating other people.

If we need to buy storage, materials or bring in a trusted trade or specialist, we'll agree that separately too.

No surprises. You'll know what we're doing and what it's going to cost before we get started.

And for bigger projects, we can break the work into stages if that makes more sense.

Then you can decide in what order you'd like me to sort it.

What clients say

“I was stuck in a rut and I didn’t know where to start, but I also had an overwhelming feeling of fear that I would lose my memories.

Neen gently but firmly helped me get started with deciding what needed to stay and what I really didn’t need. Box-by-box it became much easier and actually quite exciting!

It wasn’t only about throwing things out, or taking things to charity, it was a case of organising my layout and making better use of storage. It was very therapeutic and allowed me to maintain this ‘new lifestyle’ even when Neen wasn’t there.

She has an eye for structure and design, so not only does it work better, it looks better.

I would recommend Neen for sorting out your homes, without any hesitation.”

Estela — Essex

“I recently contacted Neen as I was about to embark on a big move from my 5 bedroom family home to a two bedroom flat in London.

Neen was amazing, she worked with me to plan my move so that when the time came for the removalist to do their part I would feel ready.

She worked out a simple to follow schedule that I could follow and this freed up my brain so I was able to carry out other aspects of the move as well as navigating everyday life.

She was a real gem and being able to contact her to check anything or talk something through, just felt like I wasn’t doing it all alone and stopped me getting overwhelmed.”

Marcie — London

“Neen came and helped me declutter a junk ‘room’. It’s off an annexe and had slowly become full of all the things you don’t quite know what to do with.

Neen was so methodical and helpful. Having that second pair of eyes who isn’t connected to the items you’re deciding about was so useful.

She is also super friendly and funny so she was a total joy to be around and never made me feel judged.

Neen knew exactly what she was doing and helped me sort what to keep, what to get rid of and where different things should go.”

Kirsten — Hertfordshire

“Neen helped me tackle my wardrobe, which had got completely out of hand. I had far too many clothes, including things I hadn’t worn for years, but I kept putting off sorting it because I didn’t know where to start.

She was lovely to have around — friendly, practical and completely non-judgemental. She helped me work through everything without pushing me to get rid of things, but somehow made it much easier to make decisions.

Afterwards I could actually see what I owned, everything had a place and getting dressed became so much easier. It felt like a weight had been lifted.

I’d absolutely trust Neen to come into my home again. In fact, I’ve already got a couple of other cupboards with her name on them!”

Anne — Isle of Wight

“Neen has supported us on numerous occasions and has consistently been a valued member of the team. From the moment she arrives, she fits in seamlessly and quickly becomes part of the team.

She is excellent at following direction, while also being confident in using her own initiative and taking responsibility to get things done. She is hardworking, efficient and reliable, and I have complete confidence in her when working with my clients and representing the standards our brand expects.

I have always felt confident having Neen as part of the team and would be very happy to recommend her.”
